Malarkey Vista – Natural Wood
We installed a Malarkey Vista roofing system.
Project Description
A referral brought us to this New Westminster home, in the West End. The roof was an existing T Lock, in its’ day, an excellent shingle.
This owner, having owned the house for many years, and wanting to continue to own the hose for a good many years, wanted nothing but the best.
We removed the old T-Lock, sending it for recycle and installed GAF Deck Armor underlayment, and a Malarkey Vista roofing system, Natural Wood colour.
