We were approached to replace this roof, as the builder of the house had used a shingle that was not good. The shingle failed prematurely, and a new roof was in order.

The choice was a good quality Landmark, and the colour, the very popular Moire Black. Synthetic underlayment, custom roof edge flashings, and the High-Profile Hip & Ridge capping finished the quality installation. Another good decision was to pick up on the SureStart Plus, extended warranty.
